- Gita Shloka Chanting
- Basic Sanskrit language
- Hindu Rituals & customs
- Meditation

Who can Apply:
- Any devoted & religious Sanatani person
- Both Men or Women can apply. Can be husband & wife.
- Preferable age group: 45-60
- Financially capable of taking care of themselves
- Should be healthy and also have their Medical Insurance
- Will have to stay in Ashram for the entire Course
- It will be a full time Course with no breaks
- Need to submit their Aadhar Cards / Proof of Address
- Name & address of family members

- Family members can come and meet their parents with prior permission.
